I think I have been robbed

I recently sold one of my products and got the return 6 days later saying from the customer ,"Package was never delivered. Was told it was mistakenly marked delivered by the carrier. Haven't received a refund or the package." I went and contacted the UPS to find this package to find that they have confirmed and shown proof of the arrival. Did this customer just steal from me or where would this package be?

i have also been robbed by customers through amazon. It's part of the cost of selling on amazon. Don't let it happen again.

I am a relatively new seller on Amazon and the lack of concern by Amazon regarding buyer abuse is more than alarming.It will take some media story by 60 minutes or Fox to tell this story.I just got a (I found it faster somewhere else) from a buyer .This is total abuse .

This is normal on Amazon. Amazon has created a system where buyers are allowed to commit fraud, with Amazon's blessing.

If it shows delivered but the customer says they didnt receive it then you can file a safe t claim with amazon. You can show proof that the customer was refunded for "order not received" and then also show proof the order was delivered by the carrier. Amazon refunds you a portion of the order, not the full amount.

Amazon allows customers to steal from vendors ALL THE TIME! I have been ripped off on several occasions and Amazon did not care.
