Personally I would ignore the email because I feel it is a phishing attempt.

We used this company for various packaging and recycling stuff that we now have to do for some countries in the EU.
They are linked with Amazon and may have got your details from them.
Phishing is probably the wrong word, as it is now taken to mean trying to get your details to do something fraudulent.
I'm unsure of the best word to use, possibly touting for business.
It is an example of how the meaning of a phrase can change over time.

They are legit and part of the Amazon SP network, you must have filled out an enquiry at some point.
