Responsible person for resellers
We are writing regarding the requirement for a responsible person
We have noticed that on our behalf information about the responsible person has already been added to some PDPs. Although we did not add anything
While in the Incomplete requests section, there are also products where information about the responsible person has already been added on our behalf, and they are still in Incomplete status. Although we did not add anything.
For better understanding: We did not create listings, only joined to existing in catalog.
We are not the owner of any brand, we are reseller.

I understand that you added some existing products from the Amazon catalog to your inventory, and some products required the EU-based responsible person compliance.
If you sell CE-marked products in the EU, your products are required to have a responsible person. CE-marked products without a responsible person are illegal to sell after July 16, 2021, and are prevented from sale on Amazon stores in the EU.
If you have listed products that require you to submit compliance documents. Visit Manage Your Compliance to see the list of affected products and submit the required compliance documents.
If you are presented with a list of responsible persons, it is because other sellers that are selling the same product(s) have appointed their own EU-based responsible person for selling their items. Each seller on Amazon must have a responsible person. You or your supplier must appoint an EU-based Responsible Person for your products, however, in your case as a reseller, we recommend you request this information from your supplier.
