Amazon has always used robots to review negative Feedbacks but has never used human reviewers. Has Amazon given up on human reviewers?

To Amazon,

Customers leave malicious feedback. 2024-3-2 A buyer sent us an email complaining about why there are so many problems with his orders on Amazon. The order he purchased from us was also undeliverable.

After receiving this news, we immediately launched an investigation and found that the buyer's package did show that it could not be delivered and was being returned. We contacted our package carrier, Amazon Shipping, and learned that the address filled in by the buyer was a false address. ! The carrier was unable to deliver the package to the address he entered. As he left negative feedback in our store "Have not recieved item. Keep getting "delivery attempted" notifications but no package. I have clear instructions on how/where to deliver the package but the drivers clearly dont know how to follow instructions. This has been duch a frustrating experience." Our carrier tried multiple times to deliver the package but still failed!

The buyer filled in a false address in the order delivery address, causing Amazon Shipping to be unable to deliver the package. This is the buyer's problem! The carrier made multiple delivery attempts, which shows that it is extremely responsible.

Similarly, although we knew that this was the buyer's problem, we still adhered to the principle of buyer first and took the initiative to refund him and sent an email to the buyer on March 2 to inform him of the situation. The refund has also been Return to buyer's account. But buyers still leave such unreasonable negative comments on our store page!

Do you see the reality of the situation? While each individual seller is only concerned about their one individual feedback they don't like, Amazon looks at things differently.

With 14 million sales a day on the site, that created the protentional for 14 million feedback left today. Which could further compound to 98 million a week. Amazon has absolutely no interest is sorting out one for an individual seller.

Tatiana from Amazon here. I have reviewed both the feedback and the case ID you provided and wanted to provide some information about feedback removal requests.

Seller feedback can only be removed or struck through in very specific situations. You can read about those exact situations here.

In the case of this feedback, since it has to do with order delivery it may qualify for strike through if Amazon Buy Shipping was used. If Amazon Buy shipping was not used, then sellers are responsible for any issues related to shipping, including negative feedback that results from those issues.

Let me know if Amazon Buy Shipping was used for the order or if you have any other questions.
