amazon lost the inventory now need proof of purchased
i purchased the pallet lot from local auction and sent it to amazon and they lost it ,i submitted the proof of purchase from auction and amazon doesnt accept it ,they need to have invoice from supplier and manufacturer , i contacted both to get invoice for new orders but currently they are not accepting new clients .
any idea what to do in this situation thank you.

Well, that would be because Amazon does not see those as VALID suppliers. You apparently missed the sourcing guidelines --
