How to solve Product Condition Complaint - Defective
Hello. I am writing to request help in restoring a listing that was removed due to a complaint.
Product Condition Complaint - Defective - Due to an incident, the listing was deleted and we were notified to submit information. Our company identified the primary root cause and submitted a POA in As/Is format along with the receipt.
However, I received the reply: "We cannot accept this tax invoice because we cannot verify your supplier at this time."
As a result, it was confirmed that there was a problem with the tax invoice. So we submitted the tax invoice exactly as issued by the sourcing company and attached the POA with the same content as previously submitted.
Nevertheless, I received the reply: “We completed our evaluation of your submission. We do not have enough information to remove the violation at this time.”
The reply states: "We received your submission but do not have sufficient information to reactivate your listings. Amazon requests this information to resolve complaints about the condition or description of the item. We have previously requested more information from you, but you have not provided it."
If Amazon clearly tells us what went wrong, we can respond appropriately, but we are having difficulties because the review details are not disclosed for information security reasons.
I would like to hear from someone who has gone through a similar experience and share their experience, or receive an answer from an Amazon representative. Thanks for reading.
