Feedback:"Not only was #4 board missing 12 dowel screws were missing as the bag was ripped and missing", it is related to product feedback. Customer didn't contact with us and leaves a negative feeback.

Feedback is the customer's feedback for the seller's product quality, service level, delivery time and consistency of product description, etc. So we think the feeback need to be deleted.

We have tried to get in touch with the buyer to help him deal with the matter, but have not received any reply. This feedback has had a very bad impact on the store, have someone help us?
