Competitor Placing Negative Feedback

We have a competitor putting negative feedback against us. They are not hiding that they are doing it and even putting their company name in the feedback. Leaving a 1-star feedback to lower a competitors ratings was against the rules on Amazon. However, Amazon BOT said the feedback is good and can not be removed. Has Amazon lost control and we can do as we please or do rules still matter.

We had a competitor buy under their seller account and do the same thing. Amazon removed the feedback but didn't take action against the seller after we had reported them. They did the same thing to another competitor. I have contacts at several competitors who I speak with as we get along to some extent. I asked the other competitor if they reported them and they said yes. So both of us did and still they're selling like nothing happened. I get suspended for 96 days for manipulated invoices which wasn't true. And here some seller violates policy twice and still is fine selling. I thought doing that type of thing got you an instant suspension.
