Other Seller Leaving "Fake" Claim Reviews on my Store
I received a review on my store claiming that I sell fake products and that I am a "Dangerous Seller". Also in the review the "customer" promoted another seller on the same listing and said that they sell original products. I feel like I am getting attacked by another seller on the listing so that my listing will get taken down. Hope that makes sense. Now my account is very close to being shutdown.
Amazon support has been close to useless when I've tried to explain the issue. The last time I called they said that I need to get my products tested in a private lab to see if they match the ingredients that they say they have. I wish they would trust sellers more.
Any support or experience would be helpful.

Based on your feedback for your account. I would guess what your selling is not legit. (maybe not on purpose, but...) Where did you get the product?

Hi @Seller_xCvfcx4aTUt32
Thank you for your post, this is Jaijai from Amazon here to assist.
Understand that your account is at risk of deactivation due to a buyer complaint about the authenticity of the item(s).
In order to ensure that customers can shop with confidence on Amazon, we take “inauthentic” complaints seriously. The sale of counterfeit products on Amazon is strictly prohibited.
For these types of complaints, we always request an invoice for the ASIN(s) in question in order to demonstrate the authenticity of your product as well as the source of your product. This will allow us to identify where your products are sourced and manufactured from. On top of the invoices, you can also submit letter of authorization or license agreement as more effective proof of rights.
A valid invoice will have to to meet the following criteria:
–These documents should reflect your sales volume during the last 365 days.
–Please include contact information for your supplier, including name, phone number, address, and website. We may contact your supplier to verify the documents. We will maintain the confidentiality of your supplier contact information.
–You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible. For ease of our review, you may highlight or circle the ASIN(s) under review.
–You can only send .pdf, .jpg, .png, or .gif files. These documents must be authentic and unaltered.“
Please click and check the relevant polices here: Amazon Anti-Counterfeiting Policy.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
Thank you @Seller_OAAf0BtMbrP5Y for active participation in this thread too.
