FALSE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK AND Amazon will not do anything about it

I had a customer place an order on July 1st and I shipped out the order the same day on July 1st. Customer left a negative feedback on July 1st stating her order shows delivered but she has not received it and wants a replacement.

For the record, her order has not been delivered and it is scheduled to be delivered on WednesdayJuly 3rd.

Amazon will not do anything about this false( Erroneous Feedback) and there is no way for me to reach out the customer other than the auto generated courtesy refund.

I have tried contacting via phone to no avail

Support has not been helpful and I am here seeking help as this is very unfair

Amazon should have a criteria to remove erroneous and false feedback

It is not hard to verify the order was placed on July first and can't possibly be delivered on the same day.
