Refund is stuck by Amazon

Hello sellers,

A customer requested to return. I sent full refund right away sending an email not to return it back.

I didn't receive any confirmation email from Amazon for the refund. There is still no proof of refund in the Payment Dashboard.

So I chatted with multiple agents.

Some say that the refund was issued to the customer correctly.

But an agent say that the refund was stuck internally so that I have to send the refund again manually by uploading the Adjustment File.

It seems like the conversation with agents is moving back and forth. And I have to explain the case every time I talk to a new agent.

Has anyone experience cases like this?

Please advise me.
