Thanks for posting about this disconnect, @Seller_buVGw7fdZJWkE- I wanted to check in to see if this is still persisting for you? If so, does one of the views appear to be more consistent with your experience with the growth?

I can recommend some standard troubleshooting steps like trying a new browser and/or clearing cache and cookies on desktop, and making sure your app version and operating system is up to date on mobile. If this continue to impact though, I would recommend creating a case with seller support for more technical troubleshooting though!
