Hello everyone,
I’m reaching out here because I’ve exhausted all other options. Earlier last year, I received several bad reviews that clearly violate Amazon’s guidelines, but due to a serious accident that nearly cost me my life, I was unable to address them within the usual timeframe. These reviews have been up for well over 90 days, well past Amazon’s own stated policy, yet they remain on my account, directly affecting my ability to sell and make a living.
Since recovering, I’ve contacted Seller Support multiple times, but each time I’ve been met with avoidance, vague responses, or outright refusal to help. I’ve followed all the proper channels, but my concerns have been completely ignored.
At this point, I’m left with no choice but to bring attention to this publicly. If Amazon has clear policies in place regarding review removals, why are they not being enforced? Has anyone else dealt with this kind of situation, and if so, what did you do to actually get a real response? I just want to be treated fairly and get these clearly guideline-breaking reviews removed so I can move forward.

If you are selling the same stuff here that you post on facebook.....while located in the Philippines.....I would be VERY VERY quiet and not draw attention to my account...................
