The answer is most likely "it depends."

It depends on whether you are using the term 'brand' as a generic term or if you really mean a REGISTERED BRAND with the USPTO.

If it is a REAL TM then no you can't since Amazon is demanding printed information on the items and NOT labels from ALL the posts that have been on here for months.

If your 'brand' is not registered you will be forced to "generic" and nobody cares from the sounds.

Of course, once it shows up on here as 'generic' every con artist and scammer with any machinery will copy and steal your stuff..........................

Hello @Seller_F6mYKbMPH0i0T,

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team, hopefully I can be of some assistance. I see that you are have successfully registered your Brand - congrats. I do want to clarify your question, will the order going out match the picture you submitted on your application? if the answer is yes, then a sticker would be ok because the printed label is in the top left corner of the box of the product that properly identifies the brand already.

If you are looking to add an additional sticker to the box, ensure that it does not impede or interfere with the UPC label as that will be scanned at a fulfillment center if the ASIN is Fulfilled by Amazon.

Remember the brand name has to be permanently affixed, please reference the Brand Registry FAQ, first question.

Shoutout to @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp for providing their insight, it is always appreciated.

Best,

Dougal
