Hello,

Please we need help concerning our Brand which was registered and approved by Amazon brand registration. Later after a year the brand was removed due to different optional reasons, we can not tell which fault we caused but we know there will be a solution with Amazon .

Amazon brand registration is saying we should go to the USPTO which in the Uk USPTO does not exist our trademark was done in the UK not in the US so we don’t known how we are going to go about USPTO in the uk . Some of the reason why the brand was taken down is listed below : a) One or more users on the brand are engaging in conduct that violates Brand Registry’s policies, such as, but not limited to, invalid notice submissions through our notice submission channels or tampering with the catalogue; b) One or more users on the brand are related to other Amazon accounts or brands that have violated Amazon or Brand Registry’s policies; c) Inability to provide sufficient evidence of branding on products/packaging; d) One or more users on the brand have a selling account that is deactivated; or e) Your trademark application appears to be filed by a filing firm that may be violating US federal regulations and United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) rules explained below. 

. We have tried to contact our allocated account manager for help on Amazon but to no avail. We have send multiple messages to amazon brand registration but no one is replying apart from this message we last received. Please has anyone experienced this and found a solution, community manager can you please help us take this up so we can use our brand again to list over 10 new product pending to be listed .
