Non-compliant feedback.
I had an order (114-2168893-5077854) that I had to cancel because I found a defect prior to shipping. The buyer left one word: "sucks." While I agree that it does indeed suck, it seems appropriate action rather than shipping a damaged item. I have been selling on Amazon for 17+ years (it has been a minute) and the percentage of feedback to sales is under 3%. When someone leaves negative feedback it is near catastrophic. Because the order was cancelled, the ability to contact the customer has been removed by Amazon removing a vital tool for maintaining a solid feedback score. Do I have any recourse or hope of Amazon understanding the breakdown in this process and removing the feedback? @Roberto_Amazon
Thank you in advance for any direction.

Probably not. It doesn't sound like it falls under the rules for removal.

No, I don't believe so. The customer ordered and paid for an item that you said was in stock and ready to ship, and you cancelled their order. The seller feedback is supposed to be a review of how the transaction went.
They're either saying that it sucks for them that the order was cancelled, or that your store sucks. I'm not sure that the word "sucks" is profane enough to get the feedback removed.

Hello @Seller_CtKuA9IPJ7TMj
Thank you for posting your inquiry to the Forums.
Amazon will remove feedback only in the following cases:
- The feedback includes words commonly understood to be obscene or profane.
- The feedback includes seller-specific, personally identifiable information, including email addresses, full names, or telephone numbers.
- The entire feedback comment is a product review.
Amazon might strike-through feedback in the following cases:
- The order was fulfilled by Amazon: The entire comment relates explicitly to delivery experience for an order fulfilled by Amazon (FBA).
- The order was shipped using the Buy Shipping service: The entire comment is related to a delayed or undelivered order, which you shipped on time by using Buy Shipping services.
In this case, the feedback does not meet eligibility criteria as the order cancellation was not initiated by the buyer.
