brand name removed from product listing titles, but other brands are not affected

Hello Dear Amazon Brand team,

Our Brand Name is missing from all product titles, whereas some other sellers in our categories have brand names displayed in the title. We have made sure all of our listings begin with our brand name, but the brand name is still missing on the front end.

Seller Support says this is a new policy for listing titles to improve the customer experience. But interestingly, my competitors product titles all have their brand names. This is not a fair/consistent policy.

We are brand registered and customers actually search for our brand name when they buy our products, so it's only hurting the customer. I would like to have our brand name displayed in the title, too.

Looking through other forums, it seems like some sellers can request an exemption from this policy, but seller support is not being helpful. Can a mod please assist in requesting this exemption? Thank you!

Hi there @Seller_0Xtym2hjFvNz2,

Thank you for reaching out with your concerns. As indicated on the Amazon Search help page, Amazon constantly optimizes customer experience to present the most relevant product and brand information to improve the customer shopping experience. This means that certain information, such as brand name, may or may not be displayed.

You can improve the likelihood of their brand name being displayed by focusing on building a stronger brand and communicating their unique Brand story and value proposition with Amazon tools like Brand Stores, A+ Brand Story, Brand Tailored Promotions, Customer Reviews, and Sponsored Brands.

If you have taken these steps and utilized the tools above and your Brand Name is still not displaying you can escalate with Seller Support and indicate appeal your Brand information should be displayed.

If you have any difficulties provide your case ID here and I will see what I can do to escalate. Thank you for your understanding.
