Big Shipment Lost in Italy - TRN3 Fulfillment Center in Alessandria

We have lost a big part of the shipment 3500 units out of 4320 units shipped in the fulfillment center in Alessandria. Considering the average selling price of 35 euros, we lost 122k euros worth of goods there. We have the POD on which Amazon FC associate signed, and we have the proof of ownership - as we are the brand owners and manufacturers. Opened a case with the seller support ID 11129773052 and they told us that they simply did not receive the units.

That is unacceptable. We work with trusted partners and providers to deliver goods to the Amazon FCs and we have a good proof of delivery. Any help/suggestions? Is there anyone from the moderator team to take care of the issue and escalate it?
