Error Occured When Contacting Firm in IP Accelerator
Hi, I am trying to contact a firm through the IP Accelerator program, but every time I try to send my message I get an error stating "An error occurred. Please try again later."
I have tried tips found in other threads, with no luck. I have cleared my cookies/cache, tried different browsers and different devices (including my phone). I also saw a tip to log out of my account, click on the Get Started button on the IP Accelerator page, and then contact a firm that way. I get the same error doing this method. Please advise on how I can get this sorted.

Are you still seeing this error message pop up? There have been reports of this in the past and sometimes it just takes a little time before the issue is resolved!
