Chargeback Claim
Hi, I've received a chargeback claim on my account however there is no way I can respond to this. I've tried reaching out to the buyer to gather more information on this matter, do I just have to wait till my bank receives this chargeback claim and then deal with this? How long does it usually take and will I be able to remove this defect as my defect rate is now above 5% since I've just started selling on Amazon?

Have you looked here at Chargeback Claims?
It normally tells you here if there is any action required. We had one the other day and there isn't any action required. It just says Resolved and 'You are not responsible for this chargeback or its reimbursement.'
