Feedback score dropped, but I've received no new feedback
My feedback score was 100% and has been for at least 2+ years. This weekend it dropped to 97%, but there are no new reviews that are negative. How could my score drop if there are no new negative comments? Can someone fix this?

I would recommend reading through this page focused on how feedback ratings are calculated, which does include some context on different time buckets, specifically: "We aggregate your feedback into 30 days, 90 days, 365 days, and lifetime time-range buckets. Your aggregated star rating and positive feedback percentage will change with time accordingly as your feedback accumulates in different time-range buckets."
