Losing natural search rankings for keywords, is there a bug? anybody who can help
Since October 28st, our best selling ASIN lost all organic rank for all keywords in the Amazon search results. Our item has never been out of stock, no updates have been made, price has remained unchanged. The only traffic we are able to get is via Sponsored products.

At this time there isn't any technical problem internally and the system is working as expected. Amazon does not provide additional details regarding the workings of Amazon's internal algorithms.
Search queries that are broad and non-specific queries have the potential to match with thousands of ASINs that belong to all categories. Therefore, we cannot guarantee ranking and discoverability for all ASINs that match with this query in this search results page.
In order to give your ASINs the best chance at ranking well for relevant queries, please review the following Seller Central help articles:

• Using search terms effectively
• Accurately classifying your products
You can continue to appeal with Selling Partner Support, but it unlikely they will be able to give you an answer different the one that was previously provided. I'm sorry for any difficulties this creates. Thank you for your understanding.
