It said I need to re-activate my UPS account in the shipping settings, so I did that. Was this a fake email? Also, I am not seeing the UPS ground saver options any longer in the buy shipping options. What's going on

@Seller_8WD90AQIKKxcQ Thanks for that question about the notification sent by Amazon for sellers to re-authenticate UPS-linked accounts. Sellers discussed that in the below thread:
Amazon did send sellers an e-mail with instructions for those with linked UPS accounts to re-authenticate those UPS-linked accounts on Amazon Buy Shipping by January 31, 2025.
As for your question about UPS Ground Saver: have you submitted a support case requesting information and providing the specific reason you are not able to select UPS Ground Saver?
