You , the forum, are our only hope
We have been deactivated for 2 months. We have verified everything on the Consumer Information Act. There are no policy violations. No listing violations - no violations of any kind. Our account health is 200. We were deactivated several years ago and someone on the forum led us to a person on the Forum that helped us. Amazon is impossible to talk to. Please help us - we have about 1000 books that need to be sold.
Thank-you,
Sylvia and Cathi

For any sellers to make suggestions, they'd need to know why you were deactivated. It's helpful if you post here a copy of the notice you received when it happened.

Hello @Seller_HUmg9bQikURgF
Thank you for providing insight into the issues you are experiencing with your account.
Based on your post, I understand that your account is deactivated, even though your account's health page has no pending violations.
You should have received a performance notification at the time your account was deactivated, this should include information about the deactivation reason and appeal requirements.
So that moderates and the seller community can assist you, could you share this information?
I, and the seller forum hope that you will provide us with details in your case, so that we can further assist you to the best of our abilities.
Regards,
Saeid
