UPS Shipping Issues
Our UPS shipping has been disabled and since 4 months we have been treated as a ball by Amazon and Ups and throwing us in each others court.
As per customer support for the first time in my selling history they admitted that they have no resolution for this issue as they have no clue what i am suffering from.
AMERICAS DG Compliance a department of Amazon has to do this favor for me in reinstating my UPS account but unfortunately there is no way i can contact them other than email, and they never reply.

I received the following information about that issue and why UPS is not available as an option for your account:
"Effective March 25th, 2024: UPS canceled your account due to non-responsiveness regarding undeclared dangerous goods case #28980. Amazon cannot reinstate your ability to purchase UPS labels unless confirmed by UPS. You must reach out directly to UPS to provide requirements and request reinstatement."

To pursue reinstatement of shipping services there is a specific process that must be followed, you will need to contact Amazon to begin the process.
