Explanation for reversal of reimbursement
I need assistance with a case regarding lost inventory. After several discussions with Amazon agents, they approved my reimbursement. However, I later noticed that the reimbursement was reversed. I sent another email and have not received any response for a few days. It feels like they are ignoring me since they responded much quicker before reversing the reimbursement. Now I am asking for an explanation and there is no response. Could someone please explain why the reimbursement was reversed?

Typically this happens when the missing units are later found and added to sellers inventory. Did that happen in your case by chance?
