Amazon FBA returns

Hey All, confused here so sorry if it's covered but I keep googling and cant find an answer.

Some of my FBA returns are not being returned to me. I have luckily not had a lot of returns but I'm starting to see more, so I'd like to see them returned to me. How can I go in and confirm all returns come back to us? Thanks for your help!

Your confusion is understandable. What you are asking has been asked often since long before I started selling on Amazon (7+ years).

If a customer returns an item to Amazon FBA, they will determine if it is still in "sellable" condition. If it is, it goes back in inventory; if Amazon deems it "Unsellable", then you will be able to create a Removal Order (or set it up so that removals are automatic). Sadly, Amazon may look at an item that has been obviously used, or has damaged packaging, or whatever, and still deem it "sellable". Other times, it may be perfect, and deemed "unsellable"

Being able to have customer returns always removed has been requested hundreds of times; but AFAIK, there is still no way to have all returns sent back to you.
