I was just alerted Amazon charged me 39.99 today, the day I opened an individual seller account

I opened an individual seller account today and now I am getting an unexpected charge of 39.99 even though I only just set up the account. I have not even put anything up to sell. I did not open a business account and did not expect to be charged unless I sell something. Why am I being charged 39.99. This better not happen next month, as I am an individual account and did not open a monthly payment service. Explain to me, what and why am I being charged for.

I opened my seller account in January but didn’t have any products until April. I was charged when I initially opened the account in January, but wasn’t charged again until April when I had products to sell. I guess it’s initial activation fee. You shouldn’t be charged again until you have products, unless it’s something like you wait forever to add products. Not sure on that one. Just my experience.

Go to your Account Info → Manage your Services and under Selling On Amazon switch to 'Individual' > Apply changes.

After completing the above steps, you will receive an email confirmation that will indicate your selling plan was changed to an Individual Plan, which will stop the monthly charges.

You can then request a refund:

You are eligible for a Professional selling plan refund if you have not used any Professional tools or benefits after signing up. If you want to end your Professional selling plan, you are eligible for a one-off refund of up to three months, and your refund request needs to be initiated within 90 days from the payment date of the Professional plan selling fees. If you meet this refund criteria, contactSelling Partner Support for assistance with refunds.

I wanted to create a Indıvıdual account but ıdk how it turned out professional account ı didn't list anything or something like that ı just wanted to sell something on UAE but amazon charged me 39,99 dollars I just realize it today and turned my account individual please help me also my english is not good btw as soon as ı saw this debt ı blocked my credit card because ı don't want to repaid again but I have a question now what should I do how can I get my money now because my credit card was closed
