How can I solve this problem? Problem exists for all EU countries and for all my listings. NA marketplace doesn’t effect this problem. Shipping settings have no problem, all EU countries have international shipping on.

Check the product shipping size and weight on the product details page, ensure the units haven’t changed , I’ve had mm become m and g become kg in the past.

Assuming account is verified and no outstanding issues it could be your ship from location has been updated and the destinations are not shippable from that location
