Another seller whose US account is GONE!! NEEDS MOD HELP

Can a MOD PLEASE step in.

Trying to help another seller. They have NO WAY to post here, so they posted over in the EU Forums - https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/seller-forums/discussions/t/9dfd4c09-72ab-4b41-ac78-fc7a714ac6cb?postId=9dfd4c09-72ab-4b41-ac78-fc7a714ac6cb

I know they have tried emails to Amazon and X/Twitter, but no help at all. They have no way to get into their account to update account information and such.

Just throwing some names out there to get attention.

@KJ_Amazon , @Atlas_Amazon , @Dougal_Amazon , @Glenn_Amazon , @Cooper_Amazon, @Connor_Amazon , @Jim_Amazon

Seems when this happens it's hard to get anyone from Amazon to do something ...

It seems doesn't work.So frustrating.Perhaps that seller should call the phone from buyer account.

It's embarrassing that after a week no one from Amazon can get this addressed.

Thanks for contacting Amazon Forums. If the seller was able to post in EU forums, they should be able to open a case with Seller Support. They need to explain their issue, and Seller Support would provide next steps for them, even though they are trying to access their US account.
