When trying to apply for GTIN exemption per Amazon training video I cannot find "I"m selling a product not sold on amazon"
I am trying to add a product for the first time. I need to apply for a GTIN exemption. In the Amazon training video (Apply for a product ID, or GTIN, exemption) it tells me to go to Menu>Catalog>Add Products> Then click on "I'm selling a product not sold on amazon". However, this link doesn't come up after I get to Add products. Where can I find this link? Please see minute 3:12 in video.
What comes up instead is a screen that says "LIST YOUR PRODUCTS" at the top. The 6 icons below that say, Keywords, Product Images, Product ID'S, Web URL, Blank Form, and bulk template. Below them a box that says "Find your product in Amazon's catalog using a few key words.
This is the only thing preventing me from selling. Please help.

Just try to list a product and when they asked you for UPC " click on i dont have " and there you can find apply for GTIN direct link.
use raw images of your product packaging or open a case with support team they will give you link as well
