FBA shipment and has been "Delivered" for 4 weeks now
My shipment is taking way too long to process and go live for sale. I sent the shipment March 17th, It said it was delivered the 21st, and has since then said "Delivered" for over 4 weeks now, it's now April 24th, still the same status. What is going on? This can't be a regular thing...I've done research and amazon says 2-6 days? People online say their entire process lasts 3-7 days from sending it to live sale. Will this happen again? What are regular shipping times on average???

Ideally yes the process would take the length of time you read about online, however there are instances where varying factors at an FC level can increase the length of time to several weeks (or over a month). If you have opened a case with Seller Support related to this I would be happy to do some investigating to determine if I can assist, or potentially identify what exactly is happening in your instance. If you've not yet opened a case with Seller Support, that would be my first recommendation!
