User permission
Hello all,
I am a UK user. I have turned on Global accounts. All my current UK users can create, see and edit shipping plans. They can raise and address cases. They can also view my inventory. API software can also read their accounts to see things such as restricted items, dangerous goods, or items needing approval etc etc. However, when they switch to the USA on Seller Central it’s telling them they do not have permission to view anything such as inventory, shipping or restricted items.
As an FYI, I did a test and give one of the users every single permission, all the way up to admin (where applicable). Still they were not able to view things such as shipping and inventory.
To summarise, all I need is for them to have the same level of access for US marketplace as they do for UK marketplace. I will really appreciate some help on this.

Hello Island_Boy_Ltd!
Are you perhaps on Individual Selling Plan in USA? You would need to switch to Professional one in order to be able to use User Permissions.
