Brand Registered but Winning Contributer is Denied

Hi.

We're getting ready to sell our brand products on US Amazon. But one of our products was first listed a buyer in Singapore (product images, product title, etc. can't be edited on our end). Our brand registry was recently approved so we were hoping that we would be able override the winning contributor but apparently we cannot. We've contacted Amazon Help Center several times but they said that they unable to make updates and reach out to the account of the winning contributor. Would there be some method so that we can be both the brand owner and winning contributer for the product.

My name is Dougal form the Community Manager Team and I will be happy to assist with your image contribution question. There are selling benefits that are associated with Brand Registry that can be provided to sellers that are internal to the brand and sellers that are external to the brand. As stated by the Seller Support rep stated, the images are being contributed by a seller that has the same selling benefits as you. Since you are the brand owner, you can manage this access yourself. Please review the Manage selling benefits for your brand for instructions of adding and removing access to your brand that starts at approximately 4:06 into the video.
