random amazon pages do not open just turn blank screen

another amazon glitch. some pages like feedback , messages , create a shipment just turn black , then next day they work and the forums , help page or even seller central home page when clicked just give bland white screen ?

it is so random and keeps changing which pages are blocked , 3 days now

only amazon no trouble on any other websites

We have not had these issues and would suggest the following as a basic path to resolution:

  • Clear History
  • Clear Cookies
  • Restart Computer
  • (check for results)
  • Make sure browser updates are up to date
  • Make sure computer updates are up to date
  • Restart Computer
  • (check for results)

Edit: We see that another seller was having similar issues and their solve revolved around Norton VPN anti-virus settings. If you have an anti-virus program, you may want to check it's settings in relationship to the Amazon site.

I'm having same problem using IPAD and updating my listings. The edit listing to add inventory is coming up blank in Safari Firefox and two different devices. So, it's definitely Amazon problem. Have support on phone. Works fine on my computer.

I'm having white screen issues on Safari for Mac. Just started today. Cache clearing and restarting hasn't made a difference. Fortunately Firefox works as normal.

Ive been having the same issue since Tuesday, I think its an issue with Amazon and my VPN and ISP provider. Only way i can get access to all pages is to turn it off at my home. Oddly enough it seems better at my office using a different provider but same VPN service

I realize Amazon did a page upgrade the same time this started happening. I updated my IPad to the latest version and it fixed all the issues.
