Brand registry application stuck in "pending review"

My initial application for brand registry was denied. I tried to resubmit a new application but realized I did not correct one issue. I clicked the cancel button after submission but now it just says “pending review” and I am unable to resubmit a corrected application. This was 14 days ago. 5 days ago after phone calls to seller central support I got an email from brand registry stating they had passed my case to enhanced verification. I am wondering how long this will take as I have a product currently being manufactured and time is of the essence. This is the new case number: 15234084401

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I am happy to review your Brand Registry enrollment application and Thanks for the case ID, that helps a lot if finding it quicker.

Looks like you closed the case using the 'Close this Case' button about 12 minutes after you created it, this would explain why you have not received a response.

I have already opened an internal request to either re-open your case or close it completely so that you can submit a new application.

I will update you as soon as I receive a response. In general this can take up 7 business days.
