Account deactivated because of multiple account

Hello,

My account deactivated because of having multiple accounts. But I have never opened another account. Nobody has access to my account information. None of my friends or family members do Amazon business.

The only thing is I was having difficulties receiving OTP messages for login. So I couldn't log in my account and I submit an application to deactivate my 2-step verification. Same day I received an email saying that my account was deactivated because of having multiple accounts.

The thing is when I log in to my account from my phone through Amazon seller app name is shown as Ecemen and when I log in from web browser my name looks as ECEMEN. Practically they are same and I have never tried to change my account name before.

I have already tried to explain the situation on appeal many times but I got rejected every time. I don't know how to fix this issue. Any help is appreciated

You may find the Amazon's email below:

Hello Ecemen,

You have been found to be related to an account beginning with ECEMEN.

We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your account at this time.

To reactivate your account, please provide evidence that you have never owned a separate account and believe this deactivation was in error by providing supporting documentation. This includes but is not limited to any authorized or unauthorized relationship through a third-party company or evidence of account compromise. If we cannot substantiate the claim, your account will not be reinstated.

I see that your account is deactivated for a violation of the multiple accounts policy and you would like some guidance on how to get this resolved.

From the notification you shared, this suggests that you have opted into global selling and one of your other stores, potentially in a different region, has become deactivated. For example: France, United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, Australia, etc.

This does not always mean that you have multiple accounts. It also can mean that different stores under your account have become deactivated. To address this, you will need to access your other stores to find which one has become deactivated and work to reinstate it.

To find the reason it was deactivated, visit the performance notification section. Once the affected store has been reinstated, this store will be eligible for reinstatement.

Once you find which store has been deactivated, you can share the deactivation notification here, after removing your personal information, so we can take a look.

Once you have reviewed the information above, please respond here for further guidance. The forums community and I are here to support you.

Wishing you the best,

LeviDylan
