When I have created an FBA shipment while using Amazon partner carrier UPS thru seller central, will they pick up by themselves from my personal place or I will have to drop off?

The below section should answer your pickup question.
"After completing your shipment, give your package to your regularly scheduled small parcel pickup driver of the carrier or schedule a one-time pickup via UPS (Schedule a Pickup). If you do not have a pickup scheduled separately with the carrier, you can take the package to the carrier drop-off site of your choice."
