Negative Feedback
Hello everyone, just wanted to get some people's thoughts on this. How is this not a product review? A little backstory on this is that the customer ordered a box of trading cards and when they received it I guess there wasn't as many packs as they thought, so they returned it for a refund which I happily accepted. Then they leave a one-star review a week later and in their return message they say, "It was only 8 packs". The listing page specifically shows its 8 packs and all the items in the box which was what the customer got. How is this one star review helpful to other customers about our fullfillment? It's just a product review someone left because they didn't read the description and nothing to do with fullfillment yet amazon declines my request to remove?? The listing advertised the correct product and the customer received the correct product from us. Please help.

Yes, We just got a negative feedback on socks. We don't sell socks and the customers order of doll clothes hasn't even been delivered yet, but that doesn't qualify for removal or strike through. This system needs some common sense.

The exact thing happen to me ( on a different product) and Amazon refuse to remove it. Is very unfair but we have to live with it. Remember the Costumer is always right ! that is the reason why people do that , they know that Amazon is on their side. ''to many bad people out there !

I hear you! I sympathize with you. I just received a negative feedback yesterday . I tried to have it removed because it is not true and i provided a copy of the proof of purchase to Amazon. I do believe it is a competitor. Amazon told me to reach out to the customer and i did try but they have opted out of receiving messages so i just got a bounce back on the email that i sent. This is very damaging to my sales to read something like this.
I believe that removal of the negative feedback falls under the " Entire feedback comment is about fulfillment or customer service for an order fulfilled by Amazon" As the customer was mad that Amazon did not refund them yet or so they say. Also who knows FBA could have sent the wrong product or one that was returned to the warehouse and repackaged as something else? Not sure , but i proved that it was authentic so i do not know why Amazon cannot help the seller. I asked for help already and they are not willing to help. MY hands are tied at this point.

amazon never removes reviews. reviews are for the product, his review is about the product, listing states eight, when buyers read it they'll see he got eight and just laugh at him. No big deal.

I had a similar feedback situation. Entire feedback is a product review, but NOT by Amazon's definition of a product review. The make the definitions, it's their game!
Here is my review: "That’s a copy I call it fake because I can’t even read it"
Buyer has bad eyes, claiming this is a fake IS a product review. They reviewed it and claim it is a fake. Amazon does not see this as a product review. Their game, their rules.
By the way, I have sold at least 500 (bought direct from producer) of these and no one ever claimed it was a fake. If buyer has bad eyes and cannot read it, how would they ever know it was a fake?
scAmazon, forget logic, common sense, and fairness. if you rely on those you will not make it here.
