How does Amazon determine shipping cost for the product? I had an order that cost more to ship than the total order that includes shipping. Even buying shipping from Amazon is more that the advertised shipping cost. Can I cancel an order if the shipping cost is too high?

In reference to your question
Amazon doesn't determine the shipping cost, the shipping cost is provided by the carriers. If you feel that you are getting orders and the shipping cost is too high, I would recommend reviewing the shipping templates and adjusting those.
