I am in the same boat at a lot of sellers on this discussion board. Amazon have held my funds and asking for the same information over and over again and then making me wait 14 days for a response every time and I wait and then chase them up and then get sent the same email. I have bills to pay and cannot see when this will end. The question I have to other sellers is are you being asked for PAYE information? How is this even relevant to a VAT verification.

This is the information I am being asked for, surely for VAT verification Amazon do not need to know about the people I employ.

If you operate a Limited Company or Partnership:

- Evidence that you are physically operating your business from your provided address.

- Evidence of any employees residing in the country your stated country of business establishment.

• HMRC correspondence demonstrating that the seller has registered with HMRC for PAYE

• A PAYE demand from HMRC, or a screenshot of the PAYE return submission, accompanied by a payslip or P60 for the employee.
