Amazon Account Blocked Under Section 3
Hello - Our account got blocked under section 3. Details are as follows;
- We received a performance notification for our listings being taken down for the false claims. We mistakenly used the keyword FBA approved which were then removed and the listings were live again.
- We received account verification notification to which we submitted the required documents
- In response to that, Amazon support reply read that they cant reinstate the account as the review suggested we violate Amazon's Business Solutions Policies and they are unable to verify the documents however these were the same documents we provided while registration. We submitted the company registration document and the utility bill in the owner's name (same as Amazon account's name) for the month of August, 2024.
- We have not yet submitted another appeal as I am unsure about the actual cause for this.
If someone can help me in understanding how can I find the root cause for the issue so that I can work on the detailed POA and get the required documents to support it before I resubmit the appeal?

NO, those are only fragments of what happened.
Find the suspension notice and POST THAT (the ENTIRE thing) but remove all personal information first.
Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.
If it is a Section 3 violation for dropshipping anyone responding needs to see the language to determine if it included the 'death sentence' wording.
Were there other issues such as IP violations, RA, OR, you used a Virtual Assistant and they 'helped' you with paperwork and forged documents?
NOTE -- If it was for IP, RA, OA or dropshipping you will NOT get the products or the money in your account back because you have no chain of custody and proof of authenticity.

@Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp is correct, there different issues that can happen causing a Section 3 violation.
My guidance would be to review the original Performance Notification. There should be information about the reason and possibly help pages to review. It may also guide you what submission or documents are required.
