Tracking ID missing on order - how do I find it?
I've had a delivery message about and order from October. I purchased the shipping through amazon but can no longer see the tracking ID, I presume it's because it's over 30 days but how do I find this? tried asking Amazon who have not helped, thanks in advance

If you're unable to locate the tracking ID on the Order details page, it might be due to the type of service associated with the labels you purchased.
If you opted for a shipping label without confirmation service or chose the confirmation waiver during purchase, the tracking ID won't be available.
These labels are still valid and can be used for shipping, but they don't come with tracking services. I hope this clarifies things for you.

Do you post at at Post Office and do you keep the Proof of Posting? If so this has a Tracking Number on it and if it was scanned on delivery can be tracked through the Royal Mail Track-and-Trace system

if its standard royal mail, the shipping labels become unavailable after 30 days. We get the occasional message from buyers claiming non delivery, but once a screenshot from the RM website which has the GPS and map shown is forwarded to the buyer, we hardly ever hear from them again. Funny that.
we download and save all the RM labels. It's a hassle but due to the scammers it's the only thing you can do to protect yourself.
