No shipping charge?

Had an order today which did not include any charge for shipping, and simply billed my account for the shipping without including any shipping fee at all. It would also not allow me to cancel the order. Anybody else ever run into that?

Check the template that was used for that SKU.

Cancel the order? You say your account was billed for the shipping -- that would indicate that you purchased a shipping label. So no, you cannot cancel the order.

Was this for one order, or have you continued see this issue pop up for orders? Did you in change or update your shipping templates around the time that order was placed?

Any additional details you can provide would be great, thank you!
