Potential High Price Alerts OUT OF CONTROL
I have about 300 inactive listings due to high price alerts, about 95% of them are normal prices, here is one example.
ASIN: 12345678
My Price: $9.99 + $3.99 shipping
I'm looking at the offers tab and I see other sellers at $16.00 + $4 shipping
Why am I getting deactivated when my price is LOWER than other FBM sellers?
Another example
ASIN: 12345678
My Price: $50.92 + $3.99 shipping
Other FBM seller: $44.98 + $6 shipping
So my offer is cheaper, but gets deactivated, and the higher price seller stays active.
This is completely ridiculous, I don't have time to fix mistakes made by BOTS that will just be made inactive again later. Has anyone figured out a way around this?

I give up, its faster for me to just delete and pull all 300 items from shelf, not even worth the time if they all sell at amazon's approved price

Hi @Seller_51DGkaOM3ADSq,
I have reviewed your account and only see 3 ASIN's with price alerts and I am seeing that some other sellers are selling their items lower than you and there is no Featured Offer for any sellers. You can read more on the Featured Offer here.
If you have a specific case you would like me to look at, you will need to start by contacting Seller Support, and provide me with the case ID after they have completed their investigation.
Regards,
Michelle
