If the card is rejected by our system, then there is a problem with the card. Check all numbers, make sure all information matches with your billing address, check the expiration date, make sure your balance or credit limit is more than $1 USD, if that still fails, you will need to try with a different card.
I understand you called your bank, but the rejection comes directly from your banking institution since our system is unable to validate your credit card.
You can also reach out to seller support for additional support by creating a case using the link I provided.
