Automated pricing and Business pricing

We are currently running a test with the Amazon Automated pricing tool. Our business makes most its profits from selling multi-pack items and business customers. Does anyone know if there is a way to have the Automated pricing be separate from the business pricing?
We use percentage discounts for our business customers when they buy in bulk (as must as 20%). The issue is the minimum price has to be so low to match our lowest discount for the business price that it becomes non profitable if a non business customer purchases a single item. If there is no solution that we won't be able to use the repricer.
