Seller ID verification taking ages and no answer from the verification team ( KYC)
Hello everyone i am in a process of account verification i have provided all the required information passport, bank statement etc and it's been more then 20 working days did hear back any thing i have created multiple cases through case log and they do close the case without any solution and keep saying you can contact the seller verification team directly i did contacted the seller verification team directly via email 3 times and the only email which is an automated response i received back in which they say we have received your query ..... can anyone help me please i am paying for subscription plus i have inventory in Amazon FBA and i am paying for the storage it is costing me a lot and the account is inactive. i have no idea what else should i do. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Please note i have not received any performance notification regarding seller verification regarding additional document or any other response via email no response at all.

I see the account is under verification from VAT team. When did you provide the documents requested for VAT purposes?
