I got the KYC review submission alert. when I contacted my PSP they told me Amazon would fix this issue and my account is fully verified. Did I get this alert in error?

Thanks for reaching out. I understand that you're using the Payment Service Provider program to get paid through Payoneer but your KYC remains "in progress". I also see you contacted the service provider and they mentioned no further actions are required from their end.
Looking in our help pages regarding this program, I confirmed it can take up to 24 hours for your participating PSP’s KYC review result to be published on Amazon.
Additionally, please know that if you made changes to your bank account, there is a mandatory three-day security hold before any changes to bank account information take effect. Transfers of funds cannot be initiated until after that period, which starts on the date you submit your new bank account information in your seller account.
