Hola, tengo retenido el saldo, desde diciembre 2024 no he recibido pagos por parte Amazon, ya me he comunicado unas 7 veces con ellos pero siempre transfieren el caso al departamento de pagos pero sigo sin recibir mi dinero, alguno de ustedes tiene el mismo problema?
